The system of muntin-free fire walls

Fire and smoke extraction systems Alu Industrial SAFE & SMART allows the construction of internal partitions without visible vertical profiles separating individual wall modules, while maintaining its full fire resistance.

Fire and smoke exhaust system for non-muntin walls Alu Industrial SAFE & SMART allows you to freely design and construct very large surfaces of internal partition walls. Thanks to transparent modules, structures made on the basis of this system allow for an optical enlargement of the interior of the building. At the same time, Alu Industrial SAFE & SMART ensure safety, allowing the organization of fire zones in buildings, guaranteeing appropriate conditions for the evacuation of people.

Fire safety class

SAFE fire and smoke exhaust systems SMART ensure the highest fire safety.

The solution has been developed and tested by ITB in two fire resistance classes: EI30 and EI60

The gap between the modules is only 4 mm wide, filled with intumescent fireproof material and non-flammable silicone. The silicone is available in three different colors (black, gray or white)

Maximum widths of glass modules 1.5 m (with a maximum height of 3.6 m) and 1.8 m (with a maximum height of 3 mm)

There is no maximum length limit for this type of wall
